Shipping Policy

Overview: AstroMarketer is primarily a digital marketing agency. This Shipping Policy covers physical item fulfilment (printed guides, workbooks, merch) and delivery notices for digital products.

1. Scope

This policy applies to physical goods shipped by AstroMarketer and does not apply to marketing services, consultations, or digital-only products delivered electronically.

2. Order Processing

Orders for physical goods are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during promotions or high volume periods. Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Domestic (India) — Standard courier: 4–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Domestic (India) — Express — Available at checkout: 1–4 business days from dispatch.
  • International — Estimated 7–21 business days from dispatch (varies by country and customs).

Delivery timelines are estimates. AstroMarketer is not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination and chosen service. Prices may be exclusive of taxes. Customs, duties and import taxes for international shipments are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Tracking

We provide tracking numbers via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear with the courier.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. AstroMarketer is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Returned orders due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

Report lost, stolen, or damaged shipments within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date to Hello@astromarketer.in. Include your order number, photos if damaged, and courier details. We will investigate and coordinate with the courier; replacement or refund depends on courier insurance and investigation results.

8. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with supporting photos. Approved returns must be returned in original condition unless damaged. Refunds for approved returns will be processed per our Refund Policy (refund initiated within 7 business days of approval; funds usually appear in 7–14 business days depending on bank/Razorpay).

9. Digital Products & Access

Digital products are delivered electronically (email, download link, or WhatsApp). If access is not received within 24 hours of payment, contact Hello@astromarketer.in with payment proof.

10. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes and import clearance fees. AstroMarketer cannot control customs processing or additional charges.

11. Changes to Orders

To request address changes or shipping method updates, contact us immediately. If the order is already dispatched, changes may not be possible and additional fees may apply.
