Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview: AstroMarketer provides customised marketing services. This policy explains refund and cancellation rules, and the timelines for processing requests.
1. Definitions
Project Initiation / Start of Work: The date when we begin meaningful work — client approval of a proposal, receipt of initial assets, or first delivery of creative work, whichever occurs first.
Razorpay: Our payment processor used to collect payments and issue refunds.
2. Cancellation Before Project Start
If you cancel before project initiation, you are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, except for non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, stock licenses) and applicable payment gateway charges. Submit refund/cancellation requests to Hello@astromarketer.in within 7 calendar days of payment for faster processing.
3. Cancellation After Project Start
Once meaningful work has started, refunds will be handled case-by-case. Generally, full refunds are not available after project initiation. A partial refund may be offered at AstroMarketer's discretion based on work completed and non-reversible costs. Any partial refund will be confirmed in writing prior to processing.
4. Duplicate, Failed or Fraudulent Transactions
If a transaction was duplicated, failed, or appears fraudulent, notify us at Hello@astromarketer.in within 3 business days. We will investigate and, if approved, initiate a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund / Cancellation
Email Hello@astromarketer.in with the following:
- Your name and business name
- Invoice or transaction ID and payment date
- Reason for request
- Supporting screenshots or documents (if any)
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
6. Review & Approval Timeline
We review refund/cancellation requests and respond within 3 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of approval.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. Once initiated, funds typically appear in your account within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary by bank or method; AstroMarketer cannot control delays by payment networks or banks.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback with your bank, AstroMarketer will cooperate with Razorpay and the bank during resolution. We may provide evidence of service delivery. The outcome of chargeback disputes is determined by the card issuer/bank.
9. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs already paid or billed (ad spend, domains, plugins, stock assets).
- Payment gateway or transaction fees where applicable.

11. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
